He marked constantly. I figured that it was because he wasn't fixed, but it's very irritating - not to mention detrimental to the shrubbery. I would suggest witholding liquids next adoption day. Seriously, talk to a vet about whether the behavior will subside if he's neutered or the poor baby will never get a home.
