The power of punctuation
As an editor-type person, I have a fondness for punctuation. I just came across this example of how punctuation can completely change the meaning of a phrase:

1. A woman, without her man, is nothing.
2. A woman: without her, man is nothing

That's all.

Uh. I don't mean to be picky... but you missed a period on #2.

And I like this one too:

3) A woman without. Her man is nothing.

Without what you ask? Does it matter? If she is lacking anything, her man has failed. He should provide. (heh heh! Look, honey, I've gone back in time 50 years!)
